Sa Put Jamin 15 zajedničkim putem, od 34m, dolazi se do našeg parkinga, Put Jamin 17. Teren je sačuvan od urbanizacije. Bez betona i suvišnih ploča. Imamo 5 borova od kojih prednjači CRNI BOR, kao jedan od manje od 10 CRNIH BOROVA, u cijeloj Dalmaciji, 9 stabala maslina, više smreka, dvije crnike i obilje niskog rastinja, uključujuću lavandu (manje) i ruzmarin. Dragulj terena je kupama natkrivena nastrešnica cca 30m2. I u društvu je roštilja.
Dva Studio apartmana( od po 20m2) su na katu, sa zajedničkim balkonom duž kuće i sa (dozvoljenom) širinom od 1,40 m. Sa klimom za koju nema potrebe da se uključi prije 14:00 sati, jer je kuća okrenuta ka Zapadu. Upotreba klime se naplaćuje posebno i iznosi 5E/dan. Akontacija od 20% aranžmana je obvezna i više štiti gosta nego domaćina.
Ako ste skloni buci, ciki i veselju, dapače, ali je bolje da NE REZERVIRATE smještaj kod nas, jer su noći izuzetno tihe i bogom dane za pravi odmor.Pa biste došli u sukob sa ostalim gostima, ako zaista nemate namjeru i sami biti tihi. Kao ostali gosti, koji su došli upravo zato da ne budu ometani i u zasluženom noćnom odmoru.

- Data entered into the booking form, for example name, email address, real address is stored for a maximum of 365 days after the booking's departure date. This information is stored in encrypted form in our database so that only authorised people can view it. If you make a booking then by law we must store your PII whilst the booking is valid. Once the booking has completed, either because it has been cancelled or you have been checked out, then you will be able to exercise your RTBF by logging in and visiting the "Your data" page. Invoice information for completed bookings will still be securely stored in our database to ensure that we abide by relevant tax laws but you will be able to remove all other PII after the booking is completed.
- When you consent to your information being stored as described above, we are legally obliged to store this consent in our database. This information will include your IP number and the content of the opt-in form. We will retain this consent notification indefinately (this is a legal requirement).
